UKJ SIMs Connectivity 26062024 UKJ, ROTN, UKAT, ROTAM, ROTEU, NAMP, NATM Incident Notification [UPDATE]

Description: The issue with connectivity and data transmissions in the areas of South and North America is still ongoing.

Small improvements in the signaling have been observed.Signaling KPIs are not completely back to normal. The systems are continuing to recover over time.

The IPX Provider efforts in the troubleshooting phase are also improving. Currently, the tentative resolution time is 4 hours.

Devices may still experience delays in establishing connections for connectivity in certain countries depending on the interconnects provided by specific operators in specific countries.
